Like It or Not

I wrote a second page this morning, and on into this afternoon. It is here and is merely my take on these times. It may seem a bit deriding to some but it is truth as I see it and I insulate myself form human genius by giving over to the bible for what little wisdom I have. I suppose it was war that first put my ego in check, my thoughts of grandeur. Humans being killed is what drove me to the scripture and that is what saved me and made me whole again. As whole as a sailor, soldier, or airman can be coming out of battle.

I am not a person who takes things for granted. I love my country and know what a grand experiment America is. I also know that there are hundreds of thousands of liars trying to bring about the destruction of America. Every nation in history has gone through this and we once had a Civil War which made a difference but not if you asked a leftist. One who graduated from college in the last forty years.

I’ve seen this country at its best and worst in my seventy-seven years. But, the worst is yet to come if the left isn’t straightened out. Alas, I am too old now to even consider such a straightening, so it is up to you. Sorry, I actually blame the “Hippie” generation I grew up in for allowing “free love and sex and drugs” to become rampant. If you want, you can blame it all on me. Of course, I won’t accept the blame but I don’t mind if you say it’s my fault.
